We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
- the item must be returned within 100 days of purchase, we suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe;
- the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no stains, pet hair etc);
- folded in a reasonable manner so they are not excessively crushed in their original packaging;
Please note - Gift wrapping is non-refundable. You are responsible to cover the costs of sending your item/s back to us, unless the garment is faulty or other error made by us.
