RETURNS POLICY

We are strong advocates of helping protect your customer rights and our 100 day Returns Policy aligns with the Australian Consumer Law Customer Guarantee.  When you buy an item from Beautiful Robes it ensures it is of acceptable quality, lasting, free from defects, looks acceptable and does all the things you expect of homewares, sleepwear, kimonos or a dressing gown.

We’re have 12 years’ experience helping our lovely diverse customer base and our 5 start reviews attest to us being dedicated to fitting you perfectly.

We want your Beautiful Robes piece to be just right! If you find that it's not perfect, you're welcome to return any item purchased from beautiful-robes.com for:

a) any other size or item currently available on beautiful-robes.com (we will happily assist with sizing), or

b) a Store Credit (valid for 3 years), or

 c) a Gift Card (valid for 3 years)

The Process

To make a return, please click on our RETURNS PORTAL .

To access it you will need your Order number and email address. Please check your email (also check Junk mail) or find it on the outside of the satchel it came in. It is an 8 digit code - and looks like 104724AU.

Items returned need to be unworn, unironed, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in a new, re-sellable condition (i.e. no stains, pet hair etc), folded carefully to avoid being excessively crushed and in original packaging. You may try it on, best tried with belt.

Please return Marketing/ Promotion message postcard and return hygienically in the plastic sleeve it came in.

Beautiful Robes inspect each garment prior to approving returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

Gift Cards, Store Credit and Exchanges will be made on the basis of the price paid by the purchaser at the time of the original purchase price.

If there is an uneven return price, you will be either provided with an invoice to pay, or will receive a Store Credit via email.

Special Notes

We do not cover associated shipping costs or custom/tax fees as part of an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty or we sent the incorrect item.

There are no refunds on any change of mind.

Gift wrapping is non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable.

Losses or damages incurred during return shipping are the purchaser’s responsibility, we therefore recommend using a trackable service.

No returns if seal has been broken on any homewares/ decor items.  Any custom orders are non-refundable.

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for returns to be processed from the date we receive your parcel (not from when you send it). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to track a returning item.
