Dispatch: Most orders ship within 1 day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), we will keep you informed.
Standard FREE Shipping: Your order will be shipped via standard Australia Post services unless you select an alternative.
If you need your item for a particular date, we offer EXPRESS Shipping - select at checkout.
International Shipments: We ship orders to more than 100 other countries (UK Customers excluded due to Importation law changes).
Please note, any Customs fees are to be borne by the buyer. Please check your local authorities for an indication of the costs associated.

100 DAYS REturns POlicy
We understand when you receive your kimonos or sleepwear in the mail, it may not be the right fit for you.
You can always exchange or return your order so long as:
- the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no stains, pet hair etc);
- folded in a reasonable manner so they are not excessively crushed;
- in their original packaging;
- it is returned within 100 days of receiving your original order.
Please note - you are responsible to cover the costs of sending your item/s back to us, unless the garment is faulty or if we have accidentally sent you an incorrect item.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We CANNOT accept your item unless you include the following within the parcel;

Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed from when we receive your parcel (not from when you send it). You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised and it will be refunded onto the original form of payment.
