If you need your item for a particular date, we offer EXPRESS Shipping - select at checkout.

We are strong advocates of helping protect your customer rights and our 100 day Returns Policy aligns with the Australian Consumer Law Customer Guarantee. When you buy an item from Beautiful Robes it ensures it is of acceptable quality, lasting, free from defects, looks acceptable and does all the things you expect of homewares, sleepwear, kimonos or a dressing gown.
We’re have 12 years’ experience helping our lovely diverse customer base and our 5 start reviews attest to us being dedicated to fitting you perfectly.
We want your Beautiful Robes piece to be just right! If you find that it's not perfect, you're welcome to return any item purchased from beautiful-robes.com for:
a) any other size or item currently available on beautiful-robes.com (we will happily assist with sizing), or
b) a Store Credit (valid for 3 years), or
c) a Gift Card (valid for 3 years)
The Process
To make a return, please click on our RETURNS PORTAL .
To access it you will need your Order number and email address. Please check your email (also check Junk mail) or find it on the outside of the satchel it came in. It is an 8 digit code - and looks like 104724AU.
Items returned need to be unworn, unironed, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in a new, re-sellable condition (i.e. no stains, pet hair etc), folded carefully to avoid being excessively crushed and in original packaging. You may try it on, best tried with belt.
Please return Marketing/ Promotion message postcard and return hygienically in the plastic sleeve it came in.
Beautiful Robes inspect each garment prior to approving returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return.
Gift Cards, Store Credit and Exchanges will be made on the basis of the price paid by the purchaser at the time of the original purchase price.
If there is an uneven return price, you will be either provided with an invoice to pay, or will receive a Store Credit via email.
Special Notes
We do not cover associated shipping costs or custom/tax fees as part of an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty or we sent the incorrect item.
For US customers, we collect Duties and Taxes from you at purchase so we can provide a seamless DDP (Duties Paid) delivery service. If for whatever reason a refund were to be provided, we would not refund the amount paid to US Customs authorities on your behalf. Evidence of this would be provided on a case by case basis.
There are no refunds on any change of mind or delay to shipping which is outside of our control.
Gift wrapping is non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable.
Losses or damages incurred during return shipping are the purchaser’s responsibility, we therefore recommend using a trackable service.
No returns if seal has been broken on any homewares/ decor items. Any custom orders are non-refundable.
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for returns to be processed from the date we receive your parcel (not from when you send it). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to track a returning item.
Beautiful Robes will send you an email notification of the status of your return via the returns portal - easy.

I purchased two cotton robes, the White Polar Long Kimono and the Graceful Circles Cotton Long Kimono in Soft Shell Pink.
I ordered them late on Thursday evening and they arrived very quickly by Monday morning!
I am pleased that they are floor length and have generous wrap, because I haven't been able to find one that wraps sufficiently in a retail store, even if I try on XL and I am a size 14.
I will consider giving these as gifts because my friends would love them!

The photos of the kimono really do not do it justice. I opened the package and was just in awe of how beautiful it is. The print is highlighted with lovely gold - its just the most beautiful robe I have seen. The ordering process and communication was perfect, with the robe arriving on time as promised. When my robe arrived I was so excited as it was exactly as described. Generous in fit (up to an 18 or 20), beautiful fabric both in quality and design, long to the floor. The service online was fast and efficient and staff were helpful when I couldn't find the belt! Ps it's attached inside the sleeve! Love this robe so much I'll be buying another.
